European Trip 2005 Recap

The task of writing about a long trip overseas can become as daunting as cleaning one's house from top to bottom. Where to start? What to include? What to exclude? Thus, since I've been back in the US for two days now, I can no longer put this off any longer and I'll just dive head-long into discussing what I saw and how everything went...

My trip began with over 24 hours of travel originating in San Francisco and ending in Sweden. This involved planes, trains, and automobiles ( do buses count as autos?). I then enjoyed 6 days of sight-seeing, visiting, and enjoying the countryside. My last night in Sweden was spent in Stockholm in what I consider to be the tiniest hotel room on record. I'll certainly make sure to see if I can verify room dimensions before I book anywhere in Stockholm again! Despite size constraints, I was able to have quite an enjoyable mouth-soaping/hand-worship session with a local Swede. If he should happen to ever read this blog entry, I hope he knows that I'm aware of what his tattoo stood for :).

Later that evening I enjoyed an outstanding dinner with one of my favorite supplicants at Cafe Opera, as well as a couple of hours of people-watching. Silly me, I wasn't aware that the establishment turned into a night club at 11 pm! Thus, we were able to gaze at Sweden's "finest" as they entered the club and made their way about. I couldn't have asked for a more interesting location to experience night life in a large European city.

The next day I departed Sweden for Germany. Frankfurt was my stopping over point before taking the ICE train to Amsterdam the next morning. No offense to Holland, but I marveled at the similaritiess between the Dutch countryside and the California Central Valley. Livestock, canals, agriculture were all that the eye could see as the train made its way to Amsterdam's Central Station. Thankfully Amsterdam itself had NO resemblance to Fresno or Stockton!

I was able to secure a sweet deal for my lodging by circumventing the usual hotel route and doing a search on the net for a bed and breakfast. This was an excellent choice on my part as hotel prices in Amsterdam rival or surpass Manhattan. I stayed at the Barangay B & B,, which was a mere 5 minute walk from the Main Train Station. I highly recommend this location for travelers to Amsterdam. My hosts couldn't have been nicer, the place is VERY quaint ( there was a tropical motif in my room), and a breakfast is included each day (simply to die for!).

After checking in, I swiftly moved on to my first session with young René. It was his first session EVER, and needless to say he was nervous. He took his trampling like a champ, though, and I was impressed at how much he was able to take of me standing on his body and face.

Friday evening was spent at lovely dinner with my tour guide and host for the trip: Nail5Us. Nail is a dear, dear man who saw to it that every detail of my stay in Amsterdam was taken care of. Our intial meetting saw him bearing the gifts of 37 year old scotch (!), and my friend Flat Eric ( long story ). This was followed up by a meal together and a long night of catching up. We came into contact with each other a few years ago via email and met for the first time in Frankfurt last year. Since then, it's been a slow build-up to my trip to visit his native Holland. He certainly impressed me with Dutch hospitality!

Saturday was spent traisping about Amsterdam and checking out my first destination in most new cities: museums. We also went on a lovely boat tour of the canals of Amsterdam. What a beautiful and relaxing way to experience this city! Then it was time for Nail5Us to get under my feet (literally). I finished up my evening by having a visit with another novice to BDSM. Nick flew all the way from Italy for an audience with me. Despite going into our session being slightly fatigued from the day's walking, Nick quickly had me basking in a complete state of relaxation from his expert touch on my feet and legs.

My last day in Amsterdam was tinged with a bit of sadness as I knew I would be returning to Germany in a few hours. My tour guide made sure to keep me occupied, though, and we made it to the Van Gogh Museum and to Absolute Danny before I had to depart. Thanks to him some of the last gaps in my fetish wardrobe are now filled. I ended up leaving Amsterdam with a wistful longing to return, and a smile for the scotch and latex in my suitcase. What a way to make me happy!

Upon arriving in Frankfurt, I was met at the platform by another long-time admirer. Nico had originally intended to see me for a couple of sessions during my stay in Germany, but last minute work committments put an end to those desires. Lucky for him, a technical difficulty provided him with a short window to see me. I was aware that time was of the essence so I put aside my desire for sleep. Nico treated me to an outstanding sushi dinne, which did wonders for giving me some needed energy. A hot shower and I was ready for another session. As I expected, we had a great time together. Nico was everything that a slave should be--and then some. I only hope that we are able to arrange future meetings since our schedules are usually not convergent.

The rest of my stay in Frankfurt was spent doing sessions at Studio Black Magic and enjoying the sites and shopping. I returned to the US on Wednesday to a clean home, fresh linens, and a stocked refrigerator. It's times like that when I feel privileged to lead the life I do!

Thanks to all the folks who made my trip easier in whatever contribution, be it from the coffee from Thomas, or the grapes from Nico, to my friends who made sure my house, dungeon, and pets were taken care of so expertly while I was away. Of course, the biggest thanks go to Nail5Us. You've raised the bar on what it means to treat a Mistress while she is visiting your town. Methinks that yesma'am might be jealous :).
